Sewage treatment capacity of 100,000 m³/d. Rewards: Provincial key project of "Central Enterprises Entering Shanxi"; one of na-tional level green and low-carbon plant by the National Devel-opment and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2024.
Significance: 50% reclaimed water reuse, helping Yan'an eliminate "inferior Class V" national controlled section.

Distributed PV Power Generation Project
The distributed PV systems of sewage treatment plants in Bengbu, Guzhen, Huzhou, Wuxi, Feicheng, Qixian County and Yan'an have been connected to the grid for power generation, with an installed capacity of nearly 20 MW, reducing indirect carbon emissions by about 13,000 t CO2/year.
